What is an audit credit?
One credit covers a small or medium audit-class run (Audit or Discovery). Large projects cost two credits. You see the size class and credit cost before you confirm any run.
One-off vs subscription?
Subscriptions include monthly Plan guide allowances plus audit credits that roll over up to a per-tier cap. A one-off audit ($49 for S/M, $89 for L) is available without subscribing — at a deliberate premium over the subscription-equivalent.
Do you refund credits?
No. There are no credit refunds and no partial refunds. Failed runs return their credits automatically. Allowance credits lapse unrefunded when a subscription ends; purchased top-ups remain usable for 90 days after cancellation, then lapse.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancel in one action from your account. Your projects, guides, and history remain. Only capacity lapses — with purchased top-ups following the 90-day rule from subscription end.
